Advantest
ATE leader — the tester that gates every HBM and AI accelerator shipment
Advantest is the leading supplier of automated test equipment (ATE), machines that electrically test finished logic and memory chips before shipment. It is a primary beneficiary of the AI boom because HBM stacks and complex AI accelerators require far more test time and coverage, and its V93000 platform is standard for high-end SoC test. Together with Teradyne it forms a near-duopoly in high-end ATE.
