Digital Realty owns 300+ facilities in 25+ countries and leases hyperscale capacity to cloud and AI operators through its PlatformDIGITAL platform. In 2025 it accelerated high-density, liquid-cooling-ready builds (up to 150kW+ per rack) to accommodate NVIDIA GB200 NVL72 deployments. It jointly develops mega-campuses with hyperscalers and runs a large development pipeline funded via hyperscaler pre-leases.
