Infineon Technologies
Power semiconductors for AI data center power delivery
Infineon is Europe's largest chipmaker and the leading supplier of power management ICs, OptiMOS/CoolGaN power stages, and 48V-to-core voltage-regulator modules that feed Nvidia GPU racks. As AI racks push past 120kW, power-delivery silicon becomes a bottleneck, and Infineon partners directly with Nvidia on power architectures for Blackwell/Rubin-era systems. It also leads automotive AI (ADAS) microcontrollers.
