Nan Ya PCB (Formosa Plastics group) is a major ABF substrate and PCB supplier for CPUs, GPUs and AI accelerators, one of the handful of firms able to make ultra-high-layer FC-BGA carriers. It is part of the tight oligopoly (with Ibiden, Shinko, Unimicron, AT&S) that gates advanced-package substrate supply.
