NAURA is China's biggest fab-equipment company, spanning etch, deposition, cleaning and thermal processing tools that increasingly replace Applied Materials, Lam and TEL inside Chinese fabs. It is the broadest pillar of China's WFE localization effort against US, Dutch and Japanese controls.
