Nebius is the AI-cloud company that emerged from the restructuring of Russian tech group Yandex, now Amsterdam-headquartered and Nasdaq-listed (NBIS). It builds and rents large Nvidia GPU clusters across Europe and the US; in 2025 it signed a multi-billion-dollar (~$17-20B reported) capacity deal with Microsoft and raised large financing to fund datacenter expansion. Nvidia is among its investors.
