PSMC (Powerchip)
Mature-node foundry, DRAM heritage
Powerchip Semiconductor Manufacturing (PSMC) is a Taiwanese mature-node foundry and DRAM specialist that supplies power-management, driver and specialty ICs surrounding AI systems, and partnered with Japan's SBI on the Sendai fab. It underpins the 'boring' analog/power silicon that every AI server board needs.
