SK Siltron
SK Group's silicon and SiC wafer arm
SK Siltron, part of Korea's SK Group, is a top-five silicon wafer maker and a growing supplier of silicon-carbide (SiC) wafers for power electronics used in EVs and datacenter power delivery. It primarily supplies Korean chipmakers including SK Hynix and Samsung. Its SiC expansion (via the acquired DuPont SiC unit, now SK Siltron CSS in Michigan) positions it in the power-semiconductor materials chain feeding AI datacenter power systems.
