Teradyne supplies automated test equipment for semiconductors along with industrial automation and robotics. In chip test it is the main Western counterpart to Advantest, testing SoCs, memory, and increasingly AI/networking silicon. Rising AI test complexity and HBM adoption expand its served market in 2025-2026.
