What it is
The defining commercial structure of 2025-2026 is the web of multi-year, multi-hundred-billion-dollar compute commitments (OpenAI–Microsoft/Oracle/CoreWeave/AMD/Broadcom, Anthropic–AWS/Google). These take-or-pay contracts are what actually finance the datacenter and chip buildout; without them the capex map has no demand anchor.
