Baidu Kunlun (Kunlunxin)

Baidu's in-house AI accelerator powering ERNIE

Kunlun (Kunlunxin) is Baidu's self-designed AI accelerator line, with the P800 generation deployed in large domestic clusters to train and serve ERNIE. Baidu demonstrated tens-of-thousands-scale Kunlun clusters in 2025 as a hedge against Nvidia dependence.
