x86 licensee and DCU accelerator maker merging with Sugon

Hygon produces x86-compatible server CPUs (via an AMD JV lineage) and DCU AI accelerators widely used in Chinese datacenters and supercomputers. In 2025 it moved to merge with server-maker Sugon, consolidating a domestic compute champion; both sit on the US Entity List.
