Ibiden

High-end IC substrate leader

Ibiden is a dominant supplier of the large flip-chip IC substrates (FC-BGA) that carry Nvidia/AMD accelerator dies. Substrate capacity is a real, capital-intensive bottleneck sitting between the foundry and final package; a shortfall here throttles shippable GPUs regardless of TSMC wafer output.
