Daniela Amodei has been President of Anthropic and a member of its board since co-founding it in January 2021, and is Chairperson of the board.[1] Before Anthropic, Daniela Amodei held several positions at OpenAI from October 2018 to December 2020, including Vice President of Safety and Policy.[1]
