€200B mobilization to make Europe an AI continent
Launched in 2025, the AI Continent Action Plan and the InvestAI facility aim to mobilize up to €200B (including €20B for AI Gigafactories) to close Europe's compute and adoption gap, streamline the AI Act's implementation, and boost data access and skills. It is the strategic umbrella tying together AI Factories, Gigafactories, and sovereign-compute funding.
