HUMAIN
PIF-owned Saudi AI champion buying GPU megaclusters
HUMAIN is Saudi Arabia's PIF-owned AI company, launched May 2025 to develop Arabic-first models, sovereign data centers, and large GPU clusters. It signed to purchase several hundred thousand Nvidia Blackwell-class GPUs (GB300), and partnered with AMD (~$10B) and Qualcomm, with deliveries gated by US Commerce export licenses. HUMAIN is the demand-side sovereign node channeling Saudi capital into the Nvidia/AMD accelerator supply chain.
