Micron Technology
The only US-based memory maker, fast-rising in HBM3E
Micron is the sole US-headquartered DRAM/HBM maker and emerged as a credible #3 (and contender for #2) in HBM3E, qualifying its 8-hi and 12-hi HBM3E into Nvidia's platforms and touting a power-efficiency advantage. Its HBM output has been sold out through 2025 and substantially into 2026, and its US base makes it strategically important amid export-control and supply-security concerns. Micron also supplies broad DRAM/NAND used across AI servers beyond HBM.
