#Tesla #refunds thousands: Report
Hundreds of thousands of pre-orders for #Model3 #Teslas rolled in after the company unveiled the vehicle in 2016, but 23% of those orders have since been refunded, Engadget reports, citing analytics firm Second Measure. A 3Tesla spokesperson #denied Second Measure's findings to Recode but did not specify how many refunds had been given. Tesla has had a number of production delays on the Model 3, although the company is now on target to reach a 5,000 vehicle-a-week rate by next month. #TeslaModel3s start at $35,000, and those pre-ordering must put down a $1,000 deposit.
