Papa John sues Papa John's
Ousted Papa John's founder John Schnatter has filed a lawsuit against the company, requesting documents that relate to his removal as chair of the pizza chain. Papa John’s cut ties with Schnatter earlier this month after he reportedly used a racial slur during a media training session. He later said that it was a mistake to resign from his position as chairman, claiming the board did not conduct an investigation before asking him to step down.
