What is Cosine similarity?

Cosine similarity works by comparing the angles between vectors, not their lengths. A smaller angle means higher similarity. For example, 'cat' and 'dog' have a tiny angle between their vectors, giving us a score close to 1.0.

On the other hand, unrelated words like 'cat' and 'plane' have a much larger angle, resulting in a lower score."
