Structured data + LLMs + first-party surfaces is a powerful loop, and Google already runs that loop at global scale.

The most durable advantage in AI is often structured data.

Observation:
Google has spent years building large-scale taxonomies and a Knowledge Graph that maps queries, entities, and intent.

YouTube’s new “Ask for videos any way you like” shows the stack at work: natural language → content classification → retrieval.

Inference: Layering modern LLMs on top of Google’s products and data pipelines strengthens semantic understanding and ranking across the ecosystem.

Projection: Over the long term, data architecture + distribution can give Google a sustained edge in consumer AI.
