Parallel task execution - Complex jobs are broken into subtasks with coordinated sub-agents running in a secure VM, enabling long-running work beyond normal chat limits.
User control & safety - You see Claude’s plan, can steer mid-task, and must explicitly approve any file deletions; activity stays local on your computer.
Limits to know - macOS Desktop only, no memory across sessions, higher usage consumption than chat, and the app must stay open while tasks run.
