Public Building - Business Intelligence
Module - Industrial View for Visibility ( Search & Ai )

Keyword data is not enough for AI search.
I say it twice in the walkthrough because it's the whole thesis. Search "phone plans under $30" in a keyword tool and you might see zero volume but the buying intent is real. We keep optimizing keyword lists while AI reasons over entire industries.

So I built an industry-intelligence layer for search visibility. (Every brand name and number in the demo is dummy data, presentation only.) It does three things:

𝟭. Shows where you're winning and losing across the whole industry.
Not one keyword or one cluster the full topic map of a category. You can dominate TV & streaming and be invisible in mobile & wireless. Every topic carries a commercial value: the starter version is estimated traffic × CPC; the real version integrates business data sale value, margin, revenue per product and page. so you get a ranked top 5-10 actions with a mathematical reason behind each, not a gut call.

𝟮. Internal linking at scale, done properly.
"High similarity, so link it" is wrong, it sends users the wrong direction. You need page types (blog/comparison → product, never product → blog), clean embeddings (chunk nav + footer, drop the sidebar noise), and authority math, PageRank over ~10M internal links - to surface high-value pages starved of link equity.

Search "iPhone 17" and it pulls live: 72K pages, 10M internal links, 72K vectors in pgvector, canonical targets, page-type segmentation, and a context graph of the neighborhood. And it self-updates, kick a crawl, a new launch enters the graph automatically. No redoing the research each time.

𝟯. Reviews at scale - the most underrated signal.
Most teams glance at one Google Business Profile. Across 5-10K US stores, you read every local store: what customers love, and just as importantly what they don't, because a bad in-store experience like long waits is a product you can build to fix (check-in web app, self-serve support).

Track review velocity and response rate, benchmark who's winning by market, and mine phone reviews to actually educate buyers ("better for international calling," "that bill spike is solved by this package").
Next up: content AI agents, built on understanding real user flows, not scraping.

Full walkthrough in the video. Curious how other SEO/GEO and enterprise-search folks are approaching this.
