Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Stargate anchor; RPO exploded on OpenAI compute backlog.
OCI is Oracle's cloud, which reinvented itself as an AI GPU supercluster provider with dense, low-cost Nvidia deployments. In 2025 Oracle became the central compute partner of the Stargate project with OpenAI, signing a reported ~$300B multi-year compute deal that sent its remaining performance obligations (RPO) to ~$450B+ and briefly made Oracle one of the most valuable US companies. Oracle largely resells Nvidia GPUs rather than designing custom silicon.
