Search volume is a direction, not a strategy.
It tells you a topic has demand. It does not tell you where that demand lives, and increasingly it does not live only on Google. AI platforms, Reddit, Facebook and Substack carry a lot of high commercial intent.
So volume sizes the opportunity, personas locate it. Age, gender, income, education. Not a fluffy persona doc, the thing that decides which platforms you have to be on.
The gap is bigger than we think. Men 18 to 29, $100k, degree: YouTube, Instagram, Reddit. Switch to over 65 and Snapchat goes 58% to 4%, Reddit 48% to 6%. Same product, completely different places to show up.
I built it before I talk about it. Six things at brightonSEO, Tuesday 15th, first slot Track 1.
