AI Adoption and Change Management
AI change management is the work of getting people to use a new AI tool well: redesigning the job, training, measuring, and removing fear. It matters because the tool is rarely the bottleneck. BCG's 2025 survey found frontline regular use stalled at 51 percent, while positive feelings about AI rose from 15 to 55 percent with strong leadership support. Example: a support team pairs an assistant with coaching and its newest agents improve most.
