AI Strategy
An AI strategy is a written plan for where an organization will use AI, what it expects to gain, and what it will build, buy, fund and stop. Without one, AI spending fragments into pilots that never reach production. Andrew Ng's 2018 AI Transformation Playbook sets out five steps: run pilot projects, build an in-house AI team, train staff broadly, write the strategy, then communicate it inside and outside the company.
