Any-to-Any (Omni) Models
An any-to-any or omni model accepts several input types, such as text, images, audio and video, and can produce more than one output type, typically text and speech, inside one network. The aim is a single model that watches, listens and talks in real time rather than a chain of specialists. Qwen2.5-Omni, released under Apache 2.0 in March 2025, pairs a Thinker module that understands inputs with a Talker module that streams speech.
