Knowledge Graphs
A knowledge graph stores facts as entities and the relationships between them, so a system can follow connections instead of matching text. It gives AI a structured memory that can be checked, and gives an organization one shared map of its products, people and topics. The cost is building and maintaining it, so it pays off when relationships are central to the questions asked.
