AI Governance
AI governance is how an organization decides who may use AI, for what, under which rules, and who answers when it goes wrong. It covers policies, risk reviews, model inventories and audit trails. It differs from regulation, which is imposed from outside. Good governance speeds adoption, because teams know in advance what is allowed.
