AI and the Future of Work
AI and the future of work asks which tasks AI takes over, which jobs change, and which new ones appear. It matters because the effects are uneven: knowledge work is most exposed, and early data points to entry-level roles first. The World Economic Forum expects 170 million jobs created and 92 million displaced by 2030. Example: Stanford payroll data showed employment of 22 to 25 year olds in the most exposed jobs fell 13 percent against peers.
